Day 2... Being a Tourist

First thing's first... Thanks to Kyle Cook for designing that logo at the top. I love him.

It was decided the first full day in West Hollywood would be spent doing touristy things.

The first thing was a trip to the Chinese Theater.  I decided we could walk there from my Apartment since it looked close on Google Maps.  What a horrible choice that was.  It took forever.   But then finally we arrived, and we checked out all the hand prints.  Here are a couple of my favorites:

First, R2D2!

Next was TOM HANKS!!!!

It was like we met.

After we were done looking at cement, we went on a tour of the stars homes.  I saw where Will Ferrel lived, and also Nicholas Cage.  Most importantly though, I saw this house:

That's right... the FRESH PRINCE HOUSE.  Boy oh boy, am I lucky or what?  I am.  That was rhetorical.

We also went to a scenic overlook in the Hollywood Hills.  I pointed to my apartment.

So yeah, that was that.  Afterwards, we walked back to my apartment down Sunset Blvd. where we saw this kid playing "Pork and Beans" by Weezer on guitar in spanish.  It was awesome.

We also visited this "Rock and Roll" art gallery owned by some guy with a really pretty dog named Emma. I think her name was Emma.  I can't remember.

We then rested for a while after some lunch, and then after a few hours of Office DVDs, took a drive out to the beach at Santa Monica Pier.

That's right. I said drive.  I am now the proud renter of a Kia Serenta Sedan.  Oh yes, I said Kia.
I get real happy when I drive it...

Tammi also enjoys driving in the Kia

Santa Monica Pier looks like this:

And check it out! I was at the Pacific Ocean.  PACIFIC!

The Pier was cool looking, but kind of lame.  BUT they did have a ZOLTAR machine.  I wished I was big.

There was also a fountain that was a Triceratops that was barfing water.

And lastly, we ate dinner at Fatburger... which was kind of mediocre.  I should have just ended the entry on the barfing dinosaur. Would have been stronger.

Dude Fatburger stinks, should have consulted with me before spending way too much on a crappy burger. Why haven't you eaten In-N-Out yet? Why aren't there pictures of you surfing yet?

Love,
Brendan

Brendan I don't know anything.

Also I've been outside constantly for the past 2 days and haven't seen one In-N-Out yet.
