I've been working a lot... we have pretty long days, usually until about 7pm.
I'd post more about what we've been doing at work but I can't.
This weekend was my first on my own here, and I didn't do too much.
Saturday I took a walk down Melrose and bought some new shoes, since I ruined mine painting at work. I was hoping I'd see famous people everywhere but I didn't see any. Then I went to Amoeba records again and picked up a few things.
Today, Sunday, I went to Target to do some basic grocery shopping and also buy a carry on bag for when I take my little vacation to Philadelphia next week.
That's right, I'm going back to Philly for almost 2 weeks. I'll be continuing the project with Mae that I started in the spring. It's a weird feeling to be going back already, having only been at my new job for 2 weeks, but it's an opportunity I can't pass up. Then after that, I'll be back in LA for 2 more months straight.
So, I'm excited to take a little trip back home, see my cat, friends, and do some recording.
